  I love this place, and it is because the customer service is always terrific. I went 2 weeks ago with an issue with my dog. I asked why My dogs coat looks so dry and and his doesn't stop scratching and chewing his paws . I talked to one of the ladies up there that has been there forever ! and she gave me some great advice on what It could be . We have change his diet to ivory coat salmon & fish his loving his new food and we also supplemented some meals with wet food for his digestion. and in 2 weeks in I can see amazing changes in him . Thank you so much . Highly recommend!

  Wish I could leave no stars, disgusted in there pet care service, left our bird in the care, whilst away on holidays, they called us when he got sick dropped him at the vet with our permission, and then refused to go and pick the bird up from the vet. As the manager/owner was more interested in sales that may be missed , then the care they are meant and paid to provide for animals, whilst owners are away. Please do not leave and beloved pets with them.

  If you want your dogs cared for and professionally groomed, go to Fantastic Pets and ask for Sam, she's great, does a top job and takes good care of your dog.

  I came into fantastic pets a couple of days ago to have a look and buy some fish. An amazing guy called Adam came along and helped me with so much information I didn't even know. He helped buy the right kind of fish I was looking for and showed me the best tank to set everything up. The lovely guy even allowed me to record him so I remembered everything to set it up! One of the best and most informative people I have ever met. I look forward to talking with him again whenever I go. I definitely recommend looking for adam if you go to fantastic pets.

  I am so impressed! Everyone is so knowledgeable and truly care about their animals. I have bought the most gorgeous budgies from here and staff have taken the time to select the friendliest birds for my daughter. I had a sick bird and they were super helpful and caring. Helped me load hay for my horses. Thank you so much I highly recommend fantastic pets and I won't be going anywhere else! Keep up the amazing job!!!

  I have such a wonderful time here at fantastic pets because Chris give me a marvellous services and a very helpful advices. While he is not around, a new young man called Adam, also very helpful and friendly. I would recommend anyone to see them for any advices about pets as I have guinea pigS, dogs, bird and fishes. Thanks to Chris and Adam.

  Thank you so much for your spectacular Service Renee! The time you spent explaining everything I would need to know in order to bring my new Puppy home was amazing!! The variety of products you offer is fantastic! I will definitely, without a doubt, come to Fantastic Pets at Narre Warren for all my Pet needs!!

  My experience at Fantastic pets was great but I couldn't get two Guinea pigs because they don't sell pets when Christmas is very close because very few people buy pets for Christmas. Overall it's great to get pet supplies or a pet from Fantastic pets! :)

  My experience with Fantastic Pets was appalling!
  They didn't transfer the ownership papers when I bought my pup so when she ran away one NYE, I never got her back! Instead she was adopted to another family as noone knew who's pup she was.
