  Delivery was meant to take 3-5 days. After 14 days of asking for tracking details we were told it had been delivered. Our customer said this was not true. We then spent a week asking for proof of delivery which we have never received and then 2 out of 3 items were delivered the following day by a driver that was also rude to our customer. Our third pallet has never been found. Expeditors have offered us free freight as the only compensation and do not reply to our emails or answer phone calls. For a more reliable service hire a blind camel and hope for the best, at least the camel will be more honest with you.

  If there was an option for minus 1 star would have used it . Absolutely terrible experience. Lost 22 k shipment and does not even answer your call . String you along with empty promises . Have no system in place to look after the shipment and use back yard 3rd party one man bands to forward freight . Highly and extremely disappointing experience . Would not recommend to any company that values the shipment . Wish I could ship my mother in law with them !!!!
