It must have been a very very bad day for this cleaning business. It was also not such a great day for us. Our windows were not cleaned well by any stretch of the imagination. Shaun had somebody that he said that he was training. Fifteen minutes after arriving and Shaun setting the guy up, Shaun left. The guy was pleasant, but there were streaks and whole areas not cleaned. When Shaun returned I showed him one window and he said he would fix it up. Instead of him going around the house and checking, I was meant to walk around and say where on each window the cleaning wasn't done properly. Seriously, I may as well have cleaned the windows myself! A very poor job. I chose this company because it said 'a family run business'. Actually that is fairly meaningless if the job is done badly.

We had a great experience with Shaun and Darryl. The process to get a quote was very easy & fast (done online) and with the clean scheduled shortly after. Darryl worked very hard on our large two story home, and the results are excellent. We will be sure to use again in future. Thank you
