  I was so happy with the service. I have been going to my local well known laser clinic in Zetland, and was unsatified with the staff and the results. So I googled and found these guys. So glad I looked else where. I got a better price, better service and the facial was the cherry on top that made me feel spoilt.

  I recommend Evolution Laser Clinic Randwick to everyone!
  
  I’ve been coming to Evolution Laser Randwick for a couple years now. When I came in for my first treatment the staff were all so friendly and made me feel so comfortable during my session!
  
  The results from the laser hair removal are amazing, the technicians are very precise when treating me and get every little spot and saw results from today one. I barley have any hair left and satisfied with every session.
  
  My mum has also done laser hair removal treatments as well as removing pigmentation on her face. Her results were remarkable due to pigmentation vanishing after just the first treatment!
  
  Their prices are affordable and this is coming from a full time uni student! They constantly have incredible specials as well as great everyday prices!
  
  They keep up to date with technology with the latest and best machines, and the staff are very knowledgable, always recommending the best treatment for YOUR skin type.
  I personally think is amazing because I feel like they take the time to ask you questions, in order to get the best treatment for you and not give you generic answers. Every single staff member that has treated me and I have spoken to seem to be happy to help me with what ever inquiry I have, making their customer service amazing and reliable.
  
  I’ve recommended Evolution Laser Randwick to all my friends and family. The ones who have tried it out, all seem to come back loving their treatments and results!
  
  I never write long reviews, but when Im extremely happy with the service and product, I will take time out to let you all know what is the best! So I recommend Evolution Laser Randwick to anyone who is reading this review, trust me make a booking and go for it! You won’t regret it!

  My daughter and I have been going to Randwick Clinic a number of years. From the moment you walk through the doors you are greeted with big friendly smiles from very helpful and lovely staff. The staff are professional and experienced demonstrating sound knowledge of their products and treatments. Apart from hair removal the clinic offers a variety of skin treatments at cost effective and competitive prices. There is always a promotion happening! The laser machines are impressive .... constantly being updated with the latest technology. I love all the treatments I have undertaken.... quick and painless. I have noticed a big difference with my skin and pigmentation. I am constantly receiving compliments!! Both my daughter and I can't get enough of their skin care products. The staff will advise you what's suitable for your skin type. I'm always referring family and friends to Evolution Laser Randwick.
  Why don't you treat yourself to a treatment whether it's hair removal, a skin treatment or trying a skin product you'll definitely be impressed and want more!!!

  Always had a good experience here but particularly loved my treatment with Hannah today- she is experienced, thorough but still quick and with just the right amount of advice that doesn't turn into a hard sale. Their machines are great too, no pain at all!

  Had an appointment on Sunday 1pm (8 November) and received an SMS the day before asking for confirmation. I confirmed and arrived on 1pm, only to find out that the door is locked, with lights off. I think the person in charge might be inside the room, doing laser treatment for other people. Waited outsite from 1pm-2pm and trying to call multiple times, hoped that the person in charge are aware that I am waiting outsite. No response. I left a voice message and left disappointingly at 2pm.
  
  I got no reply the next day until 5pm, so I called. A lady picked up the call, acknowledged that she knew about the voicemail but didnt have chance to reply yet. She even mentioned that the person in charge waited for me until 1.30pm and then left, and the door is not locked. Come on, if you want to lie, can you think of a better reason? I stood outsite the clinic from 1-2pm, the whole interior was dark with door locked. No one has left the clinic from 1-2pm. It is your fault and now you turn it into my fault.
  
  She probably didnt realise that it take me about an hour to travel to the place. Including the waiting time, about 3.5 hours wasted. I would be satisfied if you apologies and promises that it wont happen again. But now you are trying to deny your mistakes and turn it into mine. Thats why I decided to write this review (I do not normally write reviews). If this situation happen again (I bought a 7 treatments package, damn! otherwise I would not even go to that place ever again), I would ask for refund of ALL the treatments. ALL!
  
  So, I do not recommend Evolution Randwick unless you live nearby. Although they have good quality laser, the staff has no integrity and responsibility. Evolution City is much better in terms of efficiency, just that you have to book early because they tend to book out fast (probably due to their good service, and the city location). Apology for my English.

  I've been going to the Randwick clinic for years and have had fantastic hair removal results. I recently started getting my tattoo removed here as well. I've had a few treatments and had already started to see a big difference. The technicians are always lovely and are really knowledgable about their services. I've already recommended them to family and friends!

  Recently went to Randwick Clinic and the staff were so friendly & helpful. I was charged $89 for braz & underarms laser, it was thorough and they did more than I expected, other places don't do as good of a job. Totally happy! I recommend this clinic for laser.
