Eurotech Windows were recommended by our builder and their design fit so well in our newly built home back to 2016. We particularly love it's TILT & TURN, work really well during the hot summer days and these windows keep the insulation well and block out the outside noise well. Around 2018, We started having some mysterious issues with the locking mechanism, we went through a lengthly discussion and were offered various solutions from our builder and Eurotech Windows. And now (January 2020) we are very pleased that the problems are solved and our home remains it's beauty. Love the win win situation. Would we purchase more Eurotech Windows in the future? My answer is Absolutely ^_^

We decided to replace number of windows at newly purchased property. Eurotech provided pretty competitive quote and acted promptly answering our questions. We went on with the replacement. As we don't leave at the property yet we failed to noticed scratched window's glass after the installation. Now Eurotech Windows refusing to accept any accountability for that, implying that we have scratched the glass, while cleaning it, which is not serious. It is more logical to assume that installers scratched the glass, as were using sharp tools around. Totally disappointed by Eurotech stand, and will dispute the case in tribunal.

P.s. in reply to the owner:

We were not living in the house, hence have not noticed the glass immediately.

The whole team from the secretary to the director and the installers were friendly and professional. I was given a quote within 24 hours. They answered my questions and were flexible enough to meet my requirements of security screen in addition to double glazed sliding doors. I am very happy with the product and highly recommend this company.
