  The nurse and the Indian Dr are very nice, however the reception is rude and not helpful and the other Chinese Dr charged me $100 for a 2 minutes question. My family is fully covered by insurance so I don't mind paying a bit higher for better service, but the it is so not worthy.

  Have been here for the past 5 years even when i moved to the other side of town this is my go to medical centre.

  Good doctors but avoid seeing Dr Yvonne. You'd be offer better just googling. Annual admin free is a fair system I think. Beats having to pay a gap per visit and at the end of the day, a medical centre is someone's livelihood and business.

  They charge you yearly administrative fees. Approx $30.
  
  Bookings only, no walk ins.
  
  On a positive note, the doctors and staff here are all very friendly.

  Very disappointed and upset about their services. How come the doctors there can sudden dismiss/fire you as their patient even you are still in the ongoing treatment. They are not trying to solve the problem, and they can't accept just a little complaint, they are trying to avoid complaints and shifting responsibility as Dr. They can't accept any complaint, but a complaint can be an opportunity to increase understanding of the patient's perspectives, It can also help to improve the services that you offer.
