I’m Matt Simpson and I am a bio-hacker, wannabe bodybuilder/triathlete, supplement enthusiast, steroid neutralist and relative expert in losing fat the right way. Through constant testing of variables (diet, protein intake, fasting, endurance, powerlifting) in my own body I was able to discover how to kickstart the muscle building potential of those at a genetic disadvantage. Combined with this is a wealth of research on tips, tricks and fast ‘hacks’ (i.e. cinnamon in coffee – for the Tim Ferriss fans amongst us) to catalyse fat loss. Natural genetics be damned! You don’t have to settle for average when there are so many ways out there to get the body that you want and get the ripped physique that you may have given up on. I founded Endomorph Diet to focus on helping others to put in place simple principles and protocols to make themselves leaner, stronger, ripped and feeling good naked!
