  Under no circumstances should you use this company if you expect any kind of service or any kind of result. The bond back guarantee is a complete lie
  
  Cleaner showed up half an hour late, had to call and ask where they were. They told me the cleaner was 2 minutes away after another 20min of waiting they finally showed up.
  I then expressed my expectations of the clean and gave them a list from the Real Estate, they assured me it would be done to the best standard.
  The final exit report shows they did not do a thorough cleaning job there was still dirt, dust, marks and the showers somehow seemed dirtier than before they started .They will not honour their bond back guarantee.
  
  They would not start the clean on the day until I paid them and when we said we would after the clean they kept pestering us asking for payment saying their boss keeps asking if we have paid yet. They have taken my money and they have done poor work.
  I asked for a refund and got no response and they refuse to answer calls or emails. $600+ gone and the service wasn't completed to their advertised standards.
  
  I paid for a service that had a guarantee, they failed to deliver and they can’t take responsibility for their own failings and love to blame the customer.
  Will definitely not be returning again.

  Do not use this company under ANY circumstances. Poor communication, poor reliability, poor execution of clean they were engaged to do. Our vacation report stated "no cleaning had been done (at all)".

  I purchased a property and as part of the contract of sale, the seller (who had also been the resident) needed to organise a full bond clean. They paid Dirt2Tidy $850 for this service. I attended my pre settlement inspection and just cried at the condition these so called professional cleaners left the property in. They were organising a reclean and then I found they were going to send the same cleaner back. I said I wanted someone else. It was confirmed, but they never showed.

  Do not use this company.

  The most unprofessional end of lease i have ever come across what was suspose to take apparently 4 hrs took what would of been 1 and a half days was worse job ..skirting boards not done so many things not done i was suspose to have carpets done as well that never happened i had to get my daughter to finish cleaning and organise carpets ..i had so many emails asking for payment and the job wasnt even finished ..never again and i will never reccomend to anyone in fact just the opposite

  Cleaner showed up half an hour late, didn’t have a proper vacuum he was on his hands and knees with the vacuum hose on the carpet , in four hours only managed to vacuum floors and clean window tracks, he then decided he was going on a lunch break for an hour and a half, after 90 minutes I started calling the company to find out where the cleaner was he returned 30 minutes after that, when he returned he had somebody else with him and returned in a different car than what he left in.
  I then expressed my expectations of the clean and gave them a list from the Real Estate, they assured me it would be done I have been informed that they left the property 15 minutes after I did and no further cleaning was done.They were called back to do a re-clean they were meant to meet the Agent at the property and they never showed up, the property was fully locked yet they claim they still got inside and did the clean.
  The final exit report shows they did not do any further cleaning and they will not honour their bond back guarantee.
  There is also some minor damage to the property which I can prove as I took videos of the house before leaving and the damage was there the next morning.
  They will no longer reply to emails or phone calls or have any further discussions.
  They have been asked how they got into the property to finish a clean which they claim that they have done, they refused to tell us how they got into the property they will not answer questions to myself or to the real estate. They would not start the clean on the day until I paid them. They have taken my money and they have done no work this is a fraudulent company.
  
  I am expecting a response to this full of lies however I have undeniable proof of everything I have said.
  I have emails of them contradicting themselves, refusing to answer questions, such as how they got into the property when it was locked and they didn’t meet the agent or landlord when arranged, and making more excuses and spewing more lies.
  The bottom line is I paid for a service that had a guarantee, they failed to deliver and they can’t take responsibility for their own failings and love to blame the customer.
  There’s also the fact his staff refused to wear a mask during QLD covid restrictions while working in MY home.
  … I have photos of that too.
  I have a massive paper trail of all of what I have said so any thing they respond on here will most likely be a lie.
  I have forwarded all this information to the ACCC and to fair trading. I have no reason to lie and have nothing to hide, unlike these guys.
