The classes are so packed that after showing up 10 minutes early and going to the allotted room I've then had to leave and skip the class because there is literally no more room to move. Very disappointing. This place has a ton of potential but I won't be back if you have to fight for room just to attend a class.

Was harassed by the female dark hair older women really rude- who try to stop me from stopping my membership. The toilets are full of stains I have been sick here because of this. And the sauna is good but old. Your a number not a member Moved on to a 24/7 gym and pay less and the staff are nice hopefully ELC gets brought out by better management.

Treated more like a number then a member as the staff seem to be annoyed at times if asked questions which is disappointing for such a good facility. But has a lot of good facilities and will be excellent when new upgrade is finished in 12 months time.
