  We are a mid-sized professional services company and Elevate have recently commenced as our new IT service provider. Since commencing, Elevate have updated our IT Systems, upgraded our security systems and provided training to our staff. Ongoing management of our system has been undertaken very professionally with competent staff readily available to solve issues as they arise. We are very happy with Elevates performance.

  As a business that requires a high level of confidentiality by law, we certainly recommend the team at Elevate for their knowledge, skills, and timeliness regarding all things concerning technology, for home or business. They have been great with providing hardware and server setup, software installation, updates, general maintenance, configurations and troubleshooting. They are proactive with cyber security, and anything else we’ve requested over the last 6 years, including being proactive with providing cybersecurity and risk-minimisation training for our staff. They visit our premises promptly when required and have timely and responsive advice and interventions as needed whether via remote access, phone or email (in a similar fashion even on a Sunday!). Our regular technicians are always super helpful, and are some of our favourite people, and importantly, responsive when we need them. Thanks so much to all the team at Elevate!!

  Our business utilised the expertise of Elevate Technology for over 5 years including the setting up of our server system and the linking of all computers and internet services. Any time we had a problem, they were on to it straight away with highly trained technicians that knew what they were on about. I'd highly recommend them to any business at all.

  Absolutely spot on,, these guys have not disappointed us and are always improving their business support to the customer. Thank you to the team at Elevate. We have been a long term client, as they have grown their business they have never lost site of customer support and experience. I would recommend this team every day of the week. Their knowledge and experience place them well ahead of other tech companies offerings. They have continuously delivered us secure, reliable systems and support.

  Elevate worked with us to transition from one IT provider to themselves which will never go smoothly .. but no matter what challenges were faced, Adam & Mikel were always ready to rectify and sort out those challenges to ensure there were no interruptions to business.
  Our operations rely heavily on a trusted IT contractor. When we are faced with an IT issue, losses are instant and continual until whatever issue it maybe is rectified, and from past experiences no matter the issue, Elevate is one step ahead already aware and assisting to rectify whats necessary.
