MUST AVOID! I called and was quoted $700 for 5 carpeted rooms, 3 tiled rooms, stairs, a lounge, bedhead and mattress. After a $200 deposit, the man arrived, said he could only do the carpet, stairs and lounge. He also added $35 per room for a stain protector (doesn't work I've now found). Charged just over $1000 for half the job! Ridiculous. The company uses a mark up scam technique to push customers to purchase unnecessary add ons such as 'protectors' and 'anti germ agents'. Now advising all to avoid.

Worst service ever.
the man didnt even clean up my bathroom after using it.
and the cost? ridiculous expensive.
Will never ever Use this Company again.
we got tricked by a good review here, maybe its a Fake one. Shame

Arrived early and did a thorough job. I only had two small stains on dark car and they came out during the cleaning. I felt the price was very reasonable, $149 for 4 rooms. My only issue was using the call centre, it took a long time to book. Next time I will try booking online.

Can I post 0 stars? No actual problem with the the guys working out in the field. My carpet was done easily and well cleaned. Our floor boards were another matter. If you call centre can't quote properly, you should dump the call centre. My quote was for $280. They got there and said it would be well over $800what a joke
