  The team at Easy Ride were very friendly and helpful in assisting me buy my first electric scooter for my commute to work. All my questions were answered and communication was maintained throughout my contact with the them I miss calculated the distance I needed to travel to work (due to not thinking about using bike paths) after I bought a scooter. Jordan was very understanding and accepted my scooter being returned soon after for an upgrade in model with a larger battery which I am super grateful for. I ended up getting an Inokim Super Ox which has been an absolute dream to ride. Sturdy, powerful and comfortable. Thank you!

  The best e scooter and e bike shop in Brisbane! I have been an easy ride customer for a long time and have bought many of their products. I have an e-move cruiser electric scooter and an NCM et electric folding bike. I needed help with my E-Move cruiser and they were quick to help. They are great with e scooter servicing & repair.

  I recently purchased an electric scooter from easy ride. After test riding a variety of e-scooters I decided to go with a Kaabo Wolf Warrior King electric scooter in limited edition gold. I couldn't be happier with the service provided by easy ride and my choice of e-scooter, simply put both were amazing! Keep up the great work Easy Ride!!

  I would like to thank Jordan and Liliane who were super nice to me. It was a holiday here and they went to open the store just to meet me because I need my scooter. I have the Machine fox model, and I'm just loving it. Thank you so much for all the recommendations! Now I really recommend your store ! Service note 100! Fair payment method!
