3rd service for our Renault today and once again, a very good experience - honest and friendly!
To a van for a test drive and when I asked if I could take the van on Eastlink I was told that was fine.
I then received an invoice from Eastlink for the trip with a number plate I did not know.
After finding the time to call Eastlink the price had gone from $0.30 to $14.
The reality is that neither of those figures are much but if they are arguing over $0.30 then what are they going to be like on the price of a car or service.
The sales person didn't know her stuff. Eg told me the Megane had a CVT engine when it's dual clutch and didn't know the size of the alloys! These were 2 of the basic questions i asked her. No follow up either. Go to Glen Waverly dealership, better service there!
Dreadful! Very poor customer service! I do not recommend anyone going there.
Bought and have my car serviced here. It's a smaller dealership, sales staff are sales staff (they have a job to do, but are nice, know their stuff and aren't too pushy), service centre staff have been great to deal with.
