After you get used to the taste it's easy to take. Just put a drop under your tongue. This is not just hemp seed oil there is full hemp extract so you get all the benefits of the miracle hemp plant. Do some research on benefits of cbd oil for pain, anxiety etc. This dose is good for beginners and I hope you get as much benefit as I did.

I was recommended this product by a friend as I was really nervous about a presentation I had to give at workmy anxiety was through the roof as I just hate having to stand up in front of people! Literally, within 10 mins of me taking it I could feel the anxiety lifting and felt so much calmer. I then went and smashed my presentation! Definitely would recommend to anyone that suffers with anxiety or fear of something!

Dutch Hemp CBD oil is produced in Holland. They sell organic CBD oil that are genuine and pure co2 extracted full spectrum oils. They supply 3rd party testing as well. This is were I buy mine from, delivery by international tracked parcel and always very happy :)

My partner is really benefiting from Ur CBD oil, he has had motor neurone disease ALS for 5 yrs and this has so many different benefits for ALS pain relief is a big one but also reduces saliva so he doesn't drool and has stopped him being sick every morning, the list goes on and on.
