  I wish I had read the reviews here before I had these people clean my ducts. I had the ducts cleaned in march this year and the technician who did the job told me that I should expect some fluff to come from the vents for the next 2-3 times when I start my heating. Its been close to 2 months now and I'm still getting fluff falling from the vents. Called them today to speak to them about this and they were not interested or willing to help in anyway. Just kept saying that this will happen "for sometime". I will not be engaging their services in the future and would recommend others to stay away as well.

  Terrible will never use again one hex head screw holds return air grille in place he didnt have any tools to get screw out amateur hour

  I had my ducts done recently. The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. I have medical conditions and the heating was very dusty. After the technician came I could breathe easy and the unit was working so much better.
  
  I highly recommend Dust Busters Australia and this proves why they have been in business for decades.

  Buyer beware! The guy that came out was very unprofessional, poor English and made a massive mess. Did not provide the services paid for. Pushy about payment and wanted to write my credit card details on his note pad. I asked him to check the ducts under the house before he started. He said he did but I went under the next day and found so many are damaged or not connected. I am seeking a full refund and ask u to be careful before seeking their services

  If you're thinking of using this company, think again and try another company. I have been a loyal customer of Dust Busters for over 6 years now, and have used this service 3 times (once every two years) to clean the heater ducts in my home. The last time (February 2018) was the worst service ever. Too much detail to explain here. The serviceman didn't do things that he was suppose to in the service. He 'scrambled' some of the buttons on the console unit and now that the colder weather is upon us, the control unit does not work properly. I have to manually turn the heater on and off at the control panel. I have spoken to the company about this, but they will not admit that their serviceman was at fault, or believe my concerns. He did not vacuum up excessive dust that came from the vents, and just left it lying on the floors. There is more but you get the idea.
