Great supplier - easy to deal with, large range of products, fast shipping, fair prices, and open to feedback and improvement ideas, as they implemented (fast!) some reports and features on their website based on my recommendations.

Dropshipzone has been a great partner for our business growth. We have processed over 1000 orders with Dropshipzone so far and it has been a great experience with them. They keep up with the next day shipping promise and ship 99% of orders next day. Very reliable. Customer service team is professional and very specific with their responses. Usually you get a response within 24 hrs and that is great service level in Australia. During busy times it may go up to 48 hrs but they are very good at giving a practical solution efficiently. Our account manager has been very supportive and resolve any issues efficiently in a timely manner. Dropshipzone is a reliable business partner.
