Dr Sparks attended to our block of 10 town houses at 11pm to inspect a power outage. The team were quick to respond and were at the property within 45 minutes. Nathan inspected the property and realised that the cables at our pole had shorted. We were worried that all the town houses were going to go through the night without power. We have a young families and elderly residents. The team at dr sparks were quick to get out their level 2 technicians and repair the issue within a few hours. Power was restored on the night which was very impressive.
I highly recommend Dr sparks electrical for any 24 hour emergency calls. They will be returning to quote on some minor renovations at our place!

Im renting, my real estate agent sent them out to do some work in the unit.

Didn't complete the job

Also they claim they put a new bulb when they didn't

(Mind you, i first notified the owner that his worker didn't change the bulb, they still went to charge my real estate $50 for nothing that been put in after I have told them)

And because of me defending my real estate agent

Nathan the owner had told me I have no life, just because I'm fighting for thr right so people don't get charged for something that didn't get done.

Also, $50 to just change a light bulb which they didn't, it's not rocket science, anyone can go get one for $5 and just twist it on themselves
It's the old ones where yiu just twist on.

Just Like he said he will never come back ever to work in my unit or anything that involves me

I will never use him or recommend him and let you guys know my experience

Josh from Dr Spark was outstanding in his ability to fault find, other electricians had failed over the past year. He also replaced quite a number of fluro lights with LEDs. The best electrician to work on our strata site over past 19 years.
