So I arrive today, with a Samsung S20FE hat has a cracked camera glass (m fault), having been referred by a wonderful young guy at the retailer who sold the phone. I was greeted by loveliest, most helpful, and incredibly competent young lass, who I know is from Lebanon but I do not, sadly know her name. 20 minutes later, my phone was like new for less than the cheapest cost I would have paid to buy the replacement glass - and then, I'd have to figure out how the hell to install it. Happens that my wife has the same phone with a small crack in the front glass and we were so impressed by the service that we asked advise. Super-helpful lass advised against the expensive replacement for the crack in question, suggesting the fiberglass/acrylic screen protector instead for a stupidly modest cost. 25 minutes after entering this store, we left with two perfectly good outcomes at a cost so low I am embarrassed to have bothered even thinking about doing the repairs myself. What a great store, what a great staff member. I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone for their honest, affordable service level. Yet another bricks & mortar business giving reasons not to waste time online. Stay local folks. Deal with humans, particularly ones this good at what they do.

Excellent customer service! Very high quality work on swapping screen protectors. I've been there for 3 different phones already and the consistency of high quality work is there.
