  What an incredible man. Dr Alex Phoon is incredibly kind and down to earth. From the first initial consultation to post-surgery, I could not flaw Dr Phoon and his team. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, his nurse Michelle is so lovely and experienced. I cannot recommend this team more. He was upfront and honest about the price which in comparison, was reasonably well-priced, he did not try to influence any outside judgement on implant size or shape and the result, although only short-lived since breast augmentation surgery, has been incredible. No pain, post-surgery instructions were informative and clear. Thank you again.

  I had an amazing experience with Dr Alex Phoon, he is so authentic with his care and professionalism. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and needed to have a bilateral mastectomy almost immediately, so we had very little time to get all our options and facts together in terms of reconstruction and the many different methods used today. Dr Phoon talked me through all options and together we chose the best option that was most suited to me. Dr Phoon performed a highly complex surgery on me as I chose to have a DIEP Breast Reconstruction. Due to other health related issues he had to be innovative in his approach and today I could not be happier with the outcome. Throughout the process Dr Phoon's ability to stay calm no matter the situation was a massive help as I went through the emotions.
  His bedside manners are one of the best I have experienced. Both him and his gorgeous team went above and beyond in their willingness to help and care for me. I am very glad to have chosen Alex as my surgeon as he made this journey a much easier one to go through. Thank you so much. You all rock guys!

  I had Breast Augmentation done with Dr Alex Phoon back in July. The entire journey was one of the best things I have ever done. From the first enquiry Dr Phoons team Rachel & Joanna were extremely helpful and beautiful nature. My consult with Dr Phoon was very insightful, he explained everything to detail, helped me choose exactly what I wanted and what was possible for my body type. During the surgery and recovery I felt very comfortable and confident and had check ups with nurse Michelle who was lovely and helped answer any questions. I had my final visit 3 weeks ago with Dr Phoon and I am so happy with the results, he offered to stay in touch if needed afterwards as well. I can not fault Dr Phoon one bit, he is an amazing surgeon. Thank you to the whole team.

  I had the pleasure of being in the wonderful hands of Dr Alex Phoon in 2015 when I underwent a breast augmentation procedure. From the initial consultation, to the procedure itself & the after care - I had the most wonderful experience with Dr Phoon & his exceptional team. I felt safe, heard & valued - making it an amazing experience that I still reflect on all of these years later!

  Dr. Phoon is just amazing. My experience from my first consultation to my last one was incredible. He listened to what I was after and what my day-to-day life looks like and helped me choose the best option to suit my body and lifestyle. I felt really comfortable through the whole process. My recovery was a breeze and I love my results. I couldn't be happier!
