Had a great experience of whale watching. Saw 2 playful calves and 4 adult whales. Staff were great. Will be going again.

What can I say, we have not seen a single dolphin. Our child extremly dissaponted. We were told it was because of the weather..which was same whole day. So they must have been sure about the situation prior to departurelost time and money. They do not refund, propose vouchers instead. There is no way we will try it with them again.

Very boring. The crew were very friendly however for what it's worth don't waste you time and money. Hire a Jetski instead, you'll have way more fun.

I honestly would have been happy with a ride on the bay (i didnt want to get my hopes up and then not see whales) 2 minutes after leaving the wharf we were surrounded by dolphins. Out into the bay we saw 5 whales!!!! My group of 4 were thrilled!!!

Staff were fantastic, from ticket purchasing to the very end. So friendly, helpful.

Fantastic experience. Saw plenty of whales, some of them very close, just meters away. Very friendly and caring staff. The captain's announcement and explanations were very informative.

First the bad. I filled out their online booking form and selected a whale cruise. Even when I paid for it we discussed whales. The day of the cruise I found we were on a dolphin cruise instead. Showing my copy of the form made no difference to them. So when you book with them make really, really sure that they have placed your name on the correct cruise.

Now the good. On the dolphin cruise the crew were lovely but we saw no dolphins. So they gave us tickets we can use over the next 12 months. We can also use their worth to contribute to the whale cruise, hopefully at the beginning of October.

I will update this review when I experience my whale cruise.
