I needed my oven repaired before Christmas. They turned up on time with the part that I needed. Jenny at reception was extremely helpful. The service technician (Hamanthe) was professional and knowledgable. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

While acknowledging lockdown time is harder for everyone, you might as chuck your booking system out - pointless. Maybe throw darts at a calendar to prepare your schedule instead, that could be a more reliable system than what you have right now.

After weeks of waiting we got a booking, only for a no show. No communication. Few days later you've assigned a completely different date as a new booking (SMS notification). And can you provide a window of when the technician will come? nope! just "sometime on Monday". Companies like this are the 13 Cabs of this industry. Matter of time.

Incredibly bad service! Took over 2 weeks to arrange for someone to come to my property to fix my oven. Ludicrous. Also did not arrive in the window that was given meaning that I was waiting on them to come all day. No respect for other peoples time. I would recommend any other service!
