  I had a colonoscopy done on the 28th of January 2023 and I've never been the same since, its now August 12th 2023 and I struggle daily.
  don't go to this establishment the will wreck your insides 🤬

  Dr Stuart Roberts - extremely experienced/ knowledgable surgeon, was simply too good. Bob Allen the anasthesist was so perfect in his anasthesist dose, that I slept just the right time for the procedure and was up and active vey fast after the procedure. Melanie - inside the theatre was so wonderful. Marita was extremely wonderful in managing me post procedure and helping me with the recovery. And so was Christina. In all there was so much love and care and confidence all-round. Thank you all.

  I'd like to thank Dr. Pham, anesthesiologist, nurses, receptionist, and all the team at Direct Endoscopy from the Narre Warren site.
  
  Customer service via phone, from booking to the day before procedure, had given me such a valuable tip in the best way of taking picosalax and how to avoid dehydration. Thank you for making my preparations smooth and easy.
  
  Dr. Pham was professional and diligent in asking questions whilst providing tactful direct answers before proceeding into procedures. Anesthesiologists were also compassionate towards my anxiety in regard to sedation. He was very gentle before delivering anaesthesia.
  
  As for the fantastic nurses behind the scene, they were extremely helpful and happy in providing information of what was about to happen. Which, overall made the whole process less daunting and stressful. The whole team showed cohesiveness and provided seamless experience for my colonoscopy and gastroscopy procedures.
  
  Thank you to each and everyone who looked after me on Tuesday, 18th of July 2023.

  Went in today for a procedure the staff were very professional and the receptionist was lovely and helped me get sorted overall a positive experience 👍

  The receptionist of this clinic is RUDE AS!!! Telling me to wear a mask prior to picking up my husband but when called me didn’t mentioned anything about bringing mask! The receptionist is not very friendly at all! Rude as and while telling me I’m not allowed to be inside because of no mask there is other person inside the clinic is not wearing a mask!!!
  
  I understand that the mask still need to use inside the clinic but being rude is unacceptable!
  And your receptionist is ONE RUDE PERSON!
  Don’t even deserve one star.
  If you only read all the reviews, most of them says something about the receptionist being RUDE! I’m not the only one who is complaining!
