Karl and the guys at DigitalSi are amazing. Great customer service and great prices. They were happy to answer all my questions and provided great service even after purchase. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Bad customer service ! I called this company for a quote and I have never come across a more RUDE person in my life!!!! obviously they don’t want my business - firstly every time I asked a question he rudely told me to look on the website secondly he kept on talking over me every time I asked a question or asked for an explanation he replied in a short and terse manor ! I persevered with his rudeness and then I lost it !!!! Good luck with your customer service skills .

These guys are great, especially Ryan, who not only fixed my error, but had my camera and bracket to me next day in Sydney. I will happily recommend Digital SI for their product range and ease of doing business. A+++ guys, thanks
