  I ordered 2 steel plates from this lot, dimensions were to be 200 x 285 x 4mm per plate. I am building a prototype so I wanted good quality control. I also submitted good drawings with clear instructions and I was prepared to pay for this job to be done correctly. I specified the plates were to be exact, and if cut with a guillotine, all cuts must be from the same direction, so that they were uniform. I also stipulated that the plates were to be flat, and without rust or scratches. For this, I had to pay upfront and wait for bank clearance to transpire. I can now see why. This is what I received after waiting almost 2 weeks: Both plates are bent. The plate sizes are 200 x 287 x 4mm. All the cuts were from different sides so absolutely no uniformity. In addition, there were scratches, as well as rust. I may as well bin them as like this, they are useless to me. In their correspondence, they state the following: "NOTE: We cannot guarantee the below requests." This is an admission in itself in that they are unable to deliver what they imply or claim and are without good intent. Stay well away from this crowd as they are as useless as they come.
