Welcome to my business page.
I am a mum to 4 gorgeous children, a personal trainer and A Nutrition and Dietetics coach... I am also currently studying my Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine - something I am incredibly passionate about.
My focus is primarily woman’s health - mind, body and spirit.
I run group sessions that cater for beginner through to advance.
I also offer personal training, nutritional planning and support with goal setting.
When I am not busy training clients and preparing programs, I enjoy the beach, nature, wholefood cafes, BBQ's and relaxing with my family and friends.
In a world filled with images of what “we should look like” I am proud to offer sessions that are totally free from judgement, comparison, negative talk and bullying. In fact, this is not tolerated. It’s important that we build each-other up. My group sessions are a place of support & friendship while also working up a sweat.
Woman are busy and we tend to place everyone else above ourselves.
My goal is to educate woman to care for themselves and start placing themselves first (or as close as possible) – from nutrition to physical fitness to relaxation.
By caring for ourselves we feel better, look better, have more energy and strength and importantly feel more confidence which supports us in being the best version of ourselves.
