  Looking for a new car can be stressful but not when it is through Rishi (salesperson) Kia Dandenong. He provided an excellent service. His knowledge of the cars was superb, he listened to my needs, he was extremely friendly and respectful.
  Before going to Kia I visited other dealerships. I left very disappointed from each one of them. After I visited Kia, I knew I didn’t have to look any further.
  Finance with Andrew was a breeze and he even provided some valuable information.
  I am extremely happy and satisfied with their customer service. They will be my first option once I need to upgrade my car again.

  This dealership is so welcoming and accomodating. I bought a Kia here and it arrived
  perfectly and at a good time. The people here are respectful and patient and kind. Highly recommend. Great location! :)

  My advice to you.
  Never and ever purchase a KIA car.
  
  I bought a KIA carnival 8 months ago. After a while it started leaking oil from engine. I took it to the private mechanic to fix it, he said; sell this car back, Because it’s common in these cars (KIA) to engine gat worse. I didn’t listen him.
  
  After few days the transmission gat problem as well.
  I was thinking! What should do now. I decided to take it to the KIA specialist mechanics. And I took it to the Dandenong KIA Service section. They check my car and said; it need new transmission and engine that both will cost me 12000$. And they charge me 330$ for just checking of it.
  
  It is worse car I seen in my life. I had and have Other company cars but none of them like this.

  Just like to say a massive thank you to the whole team at Dandenong Kia for making my 1st brand new car purchase so smooth. Since placing the order online, Darren was amazing from the start to the very end, the whole process was so smooth, Darren also provided key updates on where the car was at in its stage and was fantastic to speak to over the phone. Also would like to thank Gaynor from the finance team, she was absolutely so helpful and provided me with a range of options that suited me best. Both these two made my experience so pleasing and cant thank them both enough.
  
  To anyone looking at buying a brand new car, strongly recommend coming to Dandenong Kia, I will definitely be coming back to purchase my next car with them in future.

  Got my first brand new car Picanto GE from Dandenong Kia today, it arrived much much earlier than we planned, save us lots of trouble. big thank to both amazing staff Gaynor and Darren for been so nice and helpful. had a wonderful experience here, great service, awesome team, always smiling, lots of fun! love it!
  highly recommend to anyone who need purchase car!!!!!!
