  With a coaching team that has a combined wealth of knowledge and a community that motivates and encourages eachother there isn't a place I'd rather train at.

  great place to train ,friendly people and experienced coaches who really set to help me achieve my best ,in a room full of other athletes I still felt as though the coaching was 1 on 1

  Genuinely miss everyone at Crossfit Assassin. Hoping to get back and train with them all in the future. Great community of people, Great friends made, Tough training what else can you ask for. Even did my Crossfit Level One because of these guys :)

  Josh and Jacq are amazing coaches. They always check your form. I liked how they got me to do things I never though I could. Its a wonderful vibe at the gym, a great community.
