This place is a disgrace, staff are rude to both adults and children and very unhelpful, cabins are filthy, health authority should be called. If you value your health steer clear.They house homeless people for Housing NSW and charge them $380 pw to live in filth.

Cronulla Cabins is excellent value for money. I stayed in a deluxe cabin for about $99 a night and found it comfortable and quiet. It was really handy that there were cooking facilities inside the cabin and a nice bbq area where i met other people staying at the cabins. I will be staying here next time I am in the area.

Disgusting attitude by the manager when we had to cancel because of a family emergency. No refund would be made - he says 'I've turned people away". We called anonymously an hour later - he says "We are fully booked" when asked if he had any vacancies. What a rip off - either he rebooked the room and got double rent for the room, or could not be bothered to rent it out (and refund us).
They also want to charge for 2 nights rental on weekends - there is nothing in their terms and conditions to warn people of this little gem.
Would love to take this place to Small Claims but the cost isn't worth what I will get back.response / report this review -

Horrible place. The manager did not provide a receipt or a cancellation policy and simply withheld our $400 deposit when we cancelled 6 weeks in advance, saying "you can use it for future stays, if you wish". Never experienced such blatant rip off tactics in my whole life. Just stay away from Cronulla Cabins, full stop!

in anticipation i read the reviews and was skeptical about taking my family to cronulla cabins but was surprisingly happy with the family deluxe cabin we had booked into. it was clean and comfortable and looked as it had been recently refurbished. would stay there again
