I had a few queries and received excellent customer service. Had great results with the diamond basalt tint/ sealer on old tired pavers.

Poor Commelin Technical support service and Poor product. I have been using Crommelin waterproofing products for years. I have recently experienced two (2) significant Crommelin waterproofing and primer product failures. The Crommelin Technical Fellow advised the wrong Crommelin primer - which I discovered after purchase but thankfully before application. The "non porous" Crommelin Primer and Waterproofing membrane failed a second time on one job (I followed the the Crommelin directions). The second different job - The Crommelin Primer again failed - scratched off easily. I contacted Crommelin Technical a couple of days ago and was promised a prompt call from Crommelin Technical in my local area. No "prompt" call from Crommelin received - I have now removed the Crommelin and applied a competitor's products which appears to be doing a good job. Crommelin - you were provided with an opportunity to discuss and address my concerns - A fail for Crommelin on both counts. So much wasted time and effort. No more Commelin for me.
