Booked my wifes car in for a service and replace the brakes. The quote was reasonable, and I expected it to go up if anything else was found. It came in just under the quote and the car runs great. Add to that professional and friendly treatment by all and this was an exceptional experience.

John and his team were so helpful and really went the extra mile to restore my car engine and even stuck to the quote when unexpected additional items needed to be fixed. John even came in out of hours to allow me to pick up the car at a time convenient. Thanks so much team, you made what was a really stressful situation much easier by your great service.

My dealings with this business have left me very pleased. They were helpful, did more than expected, and the effort they went to, to find and repair my vehicle was fantastic. I have since been using this business with both our vehicles, and can not thank them enough for the care and efficiency they show us on every occasion. Personally, these would have to be the friendliest most diligent mechanical services I have used.

I would highly recommend Cowes car care Centre to anyone wanting ""Good honest Mechanical Services"". Something which is a rarity these days.

I have been there once cuz I can't start my car. And the RACV towed my car there. After having a check the mechanic there gave me a call and said they cant fix the problem of my car and needed to send the computer to Mel to fix. He said it would be 500 roughly. But after all problem solved, and the price is 600. I just wanna warn people to notice that. And the reception didn't really understand the situation. I had kept calling them 6 days in row, but every time I called them she still need to ask what kind of situation it was. never come again.
