I had a great experience with the guys at Broadway. Just went for an economy wash and my old Merc looks sensational. I didn’t have a lot of time and it was done in 40 minutes. They told me that wash didn’t come with a wipe down, but they did it anyway. I’ll be back!!

I booked online to get a discount. Not only did I not get a discount, the car wash was suddenly $75 instead of $49. I asked if it was possible to be done in 45 minutes because I had a deadline and they said yes, but instead took an hour and a half. The wash itself – there’s still lots of dust and the boot was missed completely. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Dropped my car off at 5pm, was ready in under 40 minutes. I was just after an interior and exterior clean but the guy upsold me for the polish and wax and I’m really glad he did. My car hadn’t been cleaned in a while and it just looked and felt amazing after! Only cost $59 and they did such a good job. Really impressed considering the reviews I saw on here. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly. Would use again.

I went for Premium wash and the car was almost clean. Had some marks on the boot and door. Needed more vacuum inside the boot as there was visible dust. I had to ask them to get this sorted properly.

The online booking system doesn't make sense. I would have expected that the allocated time will be when the car is started to get attention. But no, and I picked up the car 2 hours later.
