1 of the VERY NOISY CFS delivery trucks was parked directly outside our house this morning from 6AM, engine running for about 20 minutes, waking my entire family. Show some damn courtesy to residents during your deliveries, especially in Suburban areas.

I haven’t really experienced proper service from them as they don’t bother to respond to things. Sent email via their website, no response. Called and asked if they sold a product, was ‘accidentally’ hung up on.

Eventually after second call someone sent me an email saying they’d see if they could get the product in and informed me ‘you have to pay upfront’ - I replied, no problem at all. Never heard from them again.

Must be nice to have enough business to not worry about looking about new potential clients.
