It's a nice relaxed place, the staff were very friendly making for a nice experience, the rooms a little dated but done the job.

Extremely helpful lady/owner. Cabins were clean and comfortable as were the amenities block. As a group of cyclists passing through we would recommend this caravan park.

Coalfields is a lovely caravan park. My grandmother owns a unit there and she loves it. All the pple are friendly. The place is always neat and tidy. She knows she can ask any of the staff to assist her with anything and they will.

Owners are so friendly. Cabin was perfect. Kids loved the pool. Beautiful place to walk around and enjoy the gardens. Very close to playground for the kids and town for everything else you need.
We try to get to Wonthaggi yearly, and have stayed at a motel and a beach side caravan park before, but this place won us over hands down, and will now be THE place we stay from now on. Loved it.response / report this review -

Love this Caravan Park! Have been coming here for at least 15 years.
Camp in our tent mostly but have also stayed in the cabins.
Wonderful friendly owners. Great clean facilities.
Indoor heated pool and camp kitchen make it so easy to camp.

Great little park with really good facilities. Kids loved the pool and the permanent on site van owners are pretty friendly. Super short drive from town makes it a great place for a get away.
