Have attempted to book with them several months now, and its always been cancelled without contacting me. They don't pick up the phone either when you try to call them and it goes straight to voice box. The only one time I got through to them they directed me to a different business that costs more. At this rate it looks like a scam to direct customers to a more expensive business.

Do not bother - go elsewhere. Booked a clean months in advance with the intention of having them regularly clean my house. They cancelled the clean 1 day prior claiming staff shortages. This is ridiculous given how much notice they had of the clean. Didn’t even try to reschedule. Don’t waste your time and book elsewhere if you actually want your house cleaned.

They did an amazing job - super thorough, efficient, on time and the apartment was spotless. Highly recommend for anyone who needs a house cleaning in Surry Hills or greater Sydney!

Terrific service from start to finish. Excellent and professional communications throughout. The cleaner (Jennifer) was awesome. She arrived on time, texted me when she was near and did a superb clean. No issues here at all. Will definitely use again.
