I have never felt so spoilt as I did when I had a hair cut at Civility.I floated out feeling like a queen and that was just a haircut!! I highly recommend any service from them. Thank you Graeme

I wish I could write a positive review but I am beyond disappointed at the damage done to my hair. I paid, essentially, $220 for someone to cook my hair. I had half a head of foils done, which looked nice when I left the salon. But, two days later when I washed my hair it was jelly-like and I could unnaturally stretch a strand of hair only to have it coil up like a spring, which I have never experienced before. My hair now sits horribly and the cut looks terrible - due to being extremely damaged, and to make things worse, the colour suggested for me to use now makes my hair look orange. Upon reflection, I thought the whole process was done rather quickly but it is obvious to me it is all about quantity and nothing about quality. I will never again utilise their services and I recommend to look elsewhere if you value the quality of your hair.

The staff here are so friendly and will go above and beyond to ensure that you're happy with the service. I'd love to go back when I'm next in Cairns on holiday.

Would highly recommend Civility. The staff are highly trained and make your experience friendly and relaxing. My hair always looks amazing and feels super healthy and they always go that extra mile to make sure you are happy with the result. Worth every cent.

visited Civility for my hair up styles and make up for races. Was very happy with the experience. Graeme creates hair to match with the style of outfit and works with headpiece positioning well.

The staff were friendly, kind and attentive. I found the environment comfortable and relaxing. The package I purchased was all that I expected and more! I will certainly be returning.

Thank you to the staff of Civility for an amazing experience. I found my services very relaxing and the staff very knowledgeable and experienced. My colour was fantastic and the owner was very attentive to my requests and ideas for my hair. I walked out one very happy customer and I would certainly go back to be pampered again. Thank you again Civility I will be definitely be recommending you.
