A good selection of parts available and the staff are knowledgeable. However I was quoted a price over the phone and when I went to pick up the part, they added on 10% for GST. The last time I looked, Gepps Cross was in Australia and not the USA. All prices in Australia must include GST (unless it is for a business who can reclaim GST).

Trying to get a refund is like pulling teeth. Kept wanting to put it off and asked to get original part to compare so we could get the refund but couldn't as it immobolises the car. Finally got the refund but apparently they are allowed to keep the $30 out of it for GST. SUCH RUDE STAFF AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Staying clear in the future.

Worst customer service I've ever seen .rude lazy staff that ignore you . Obviously conversation between staff was way more important. Never will I go back . They really need to take a good at look themselves I'm sure there is people out there that what do there job properly.

A very well laid out huge complex. I have yet to have gone there and not been able to find what I want. Their stock is extensive from area to area, wether you are looking for a part for Ford golden or Japanese I would be surprised if they couldn't help you. Door handle to reconditioned motor. They have it all.
