  Sadly this place has just lost us as a customer, our previous visit was great! Their food was amazing but this time the quality of customer service and food was appalling.
  
  The lady who served us clearly doesn't want to be there, while she dealt out the basic how are you and polite talk, she had a constant bad look on her face and a cold response.
  
  The chicken has a great flavour on the skin but sadly a smidge dry and there was no stuffing which there was last time we ordered. Dry chicken would have been fine if she gave more then one small scoop of gravy which only just covered the chips.
  
  And the cherry on the cake was my seafood salad In my pack, not even half filled small container. 5 tiny pieces of crab meat.
  "Attached a photo below" which unfortunately the photo makes it look like there's more then there was. I have never had any place give so little food and had a seafood salad with so much celery and so little actual seafood..
  
  Such a shame as the first time we went here and their customer service and food was great, this store had great potential and we love supporting small businesses.

  Never went before due to bad reputation. Live local and was excited to see the new renovation/food/new owners. The salads are beautiful and well presented and fresh, chicken was dry, and nothing special about the chips and gravy. As a customer I was greeted with no smile nor was there much of a menu/options, FOH was clean with a boring presetation/vibe. As a personal reference due to face value and conversation with the supervisor, unpleasant when questioned about the menu or shop and was clear incapable of leading a small business due to severe health problems. I'm a hospitality, people kind of person who would not bother to be petty or post something detrimental about a small business when dissatisfied with service. As for BOH and supervisor, going for a smoke whilst less then a inch from the kitchen and door opened. NOT OK! That is the least of wrongs. To be honest contacting Frankston council food safety inspectors/fair work ombudsmen would have been appropriate action.
