Unacceptably long wait times for perscriptions on multiple occassions. After waiting for ages I asked what was taking so long. They then told me that a staff member was walking to another store, several blocks away to get the stock i needed.

I went to get a prescription, they didnt have my medicine, held me waiting for a while and after I try leave the security guy stops me to check my hand bag. I waisted 15 minutes and I left humiliated and without my medicine. Terrible experience.

A reasonably well stocked branch but as soon as I walk in the store, the security guard working immediately starts following me and makes me too uncomfortable to look at the products properly. Because of this, I tend to only pick up my prescriptions and get out of there as quickly as possible.

Very unhappy. The staff tried to get me to stop breast feeding & instead switch to formula to help colic.

If I wasn’t a determined Mum I would have been pushed into it!!!

Just why?! Breast feeding is hard enough without other women trying to stop it too!!!

While the Pharmacists are helpful and friendly, I wish I could say the same for the rest of the staff. The security follow you around the shop, when they look more like muggers than the shoppers. The shelf packers are always in your way, and do not move or apologize when you have to point out you are trying to get something off the shelf they have blocked. Prices may be cheap, but the service staff need to undergo at least some sort of basic customer service training. Customers think it is OK to put their pram in the queue while they are still shopping, the staff/security say nothing, there is probably more stolen stuff though prams then people that come in with their own bag, that is who they should be watching.

Terrible was looking for perfume with my partner. I had just finished work the Sudanese girl ? Had a head scarfe on ?wouldn't let my partner try the testers so we decided to buy the red door perfume and again wouldn't let her hold it wile she got her make up products I did buy protein powder and spent 100 bucks worth was planning on spending 300+ but made us feel really uncomfortable will be not using ur company again

This place really is a sad and depressing experience. Processing of scripts takes a long time. The only reason I enter here is that they seem to be the only local people that stock my medication.

This Chemist Warehouse is one of the larger one's. It includes a prescription counter and qualified pharmisist and staff to assist customers. Large supply of pharmaceuticals and nutritional supplements. Good service.

I have a baby Chihuahua and I got my period really bad and I needed my tablets I had my Chihuahua in my hands and I went to buy my tablets and the security guard made me leave the store this is the second time it has happened now chill out brother
