  It’s very sad that I have to make this decision after 22 years of supporting and connected with Chef-hat. From uniform kitchen utilities to equipments over the years I have bought and ordered everything almost from here. But I’ve decided to leave for good.
  It happened few weeks ago but I gave myself time to cool-down and write this review with my heart calmly.
  I’ve dealt with an extremely rude and unprofessional woman in account department. I was so disappointed how she handled the situation so badly and so ruled. I don’t think she’s suitable for her role.
  I am now buying direct to packaging companies and equipments companies. Cheaper and professionalism

  Never been treated or spoken to more badly in my life than I was by the manager there. When advising how unhappy I was with how my order had been handled his solution was "to take my business elsewhere"
  As a potential new repeat customer, I was horrified by this business ' practices and customer service. I think I will stay with my current provider even though they may be a little more pricey I guess it's true in every sense you get what you pay for!
  I would not recommend anyone using this business. .
