DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL they delayed the bond clean didn’t turn up on time and are now refusing to give back my money. I could write multiple paragraphs on why I would never trust this company again However I don’t feel like it’s worth my time at the current moment under the stress they put me under.

Actual crooks! They stole my money and my time. Stay away!!

Showed up 3 hours late. They had a verbal argument in my unit, loud enough my neighbours two units away heard it! They also spent 45mins having this argument in the unit before bringing any cleaning equipment up.

When they finally brought stuff up they didn't even bring a vacuum cleaner or a mop, they did a general sweep and wipe down of the benches and called it a day.

I demanded a refund as it was completely unsatisfactory and after 4 days of calling them (speaking to a different person every single time) I was told of my $400 - $30 would be returned. What a joke.

Please please please do not use them, they should be out of business!

This company did not complete a lions share of the tasks on the checklist they provided to me. Specifically, they did not spot clean any of the internal walls, did not clean the tracks in any of the sliding door frames, clean light fittings, wipe shelves, did not clean the internal windows. They did clean the showers in the bathrooms and clean the oven, however for $225, this is unacceptable. I called multiple times to rectify the issues, as they have a 7 day call back window. When I did call back they said they needed an official inspection report from the real estate. That was sent to them. They then claimed they never received it, and they wouldn't come back to complete the job they were paid to do because it had been longer than 7 days.
It is absolutely unacceptable behaviour and I would not recommend this company to anyone. You pay them and they do not even half the job then make up excuses until you are out of their 7 day call back period, then they say 'if you want us to come and fix it now, pay us another $80'.
When I said that this was an absolutely unacceptable alternative, the real estate shrieked and said it was procedure. Pretty poor procedure in my view.
If you want to pay someone else to do your bond clean, but to end up doing it yourself, I recommend this company.

Will rip you off. Don't hire at all.
Won't come back for re clean even if they say they will.
Payment is wanted upfront so you cannot basically do anything as your money is gone. Go somewhere else, I immediately called the cleaner as I was there just after the clean but he did not pick up phone. Initially would not stop calling for payment.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This company is the worse cleaning company and has the worse customer service I have had to ever endure, they did not provide a good cleaning service and when requested for them to come back they stood me up 2 more times and had to pay another company to come and complete the job, my advice to anyone thinking of using this company “DO NOT USE THEM” and go to someone else.

This company lack of rectifying, compensating or refunding this issue is disgraceful and should not be a business allowed to run, especially when we are going through this pandemic, I do not have much money and this company has now costed me more.

1) Cleaner shows up late by 2 hours
2) No one from CBC Group even attempted to update me (I had to follow up on 2 occasions for an update)
3) The cleaner finally called me at 840 am and it sounded like he was still a sleep
4) No response or an apology from CBC Group or cleaner
5) Cleaner did not complete cleaning and had a bucket of water tipped over the timber flooring (The owner freaked out and had to clean his mess)
6) Requested that they book a re-clean that Friday, this did not happened the first time
7) Was stood up a further 2 more times Friday and Saturday still no one showed up to re-clean (No contact from the company to update me)

HERE IS WHAT WAS NOT COMPLETED

Upstairs and Extras (Balcony and windows/doors, Wall Wash and Blinds)

1) Skirting boards upstairs still have dirt and scuff marks on them
2) Walls around the Fridge sticky
3) In front of the oven not cleaned and underneath the trail
4) First entrance cupboard area along the side
5) All the light fixtures still have bugs in them
6) Aircon unit around the outside not cleaned
7) Windows/doors still have dirt still on them
8) Floors tiles are still dirty
9) Staircase not cleaned including alongside the wall close to the stairs
10) Kitchen sink still dirty, underneath still has gunk and mould
11) Blinds not cleaned

Downstairs and Extras (Balcony and windows/doors and Blinds)

2) Walls around the washing machine dirty
3) Drains still dirty
4) Outside floors are not cleaned
5) All the light fixtures still have bugs in them
6) Windows/doors still have dirt still on them
7) Blinds not cleaned

I now work with my new part-time hours due to covid "my time is important" and requested that someone come on my day off, this did not happen I get a call as the cleaner arrives at my place, I live an hour away, working and have no car, I requested the teams to book the time not send someone, this went on a few days and was again left standing there with no one showing up to clean.

From all this disturbance they had caused they disgracefully came back to me after so many calls of me following up to offer a $50 refund from a poor service with the Job not being complete and me having to fork out another $200.

Again my advice is to look around and do not use this company or do not pay upfront only after you are satisfied the cleaning is complete, my lesson learnt, now their turn.

Horrible job, paid too much for nothing to get done properly, having to go in and re do it all myself. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Waste of money. They didn’t complete the checklist they provide and state they do!

Horrible experience. Very rude admin staff. The job was very average and had to be re done. Very sneaky hidden costs. THEY DO NOT GET YOUR BOND BACK. Read the t&c’s thoroughly so you don’t get skimmed.

**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ** REPORT TO FAIR TRADING. We organised a clean for an elderly couple moving to a nursing home and they did not do the clean AT all. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT COMPLETE THE JOB!!!
