  Would give a zero review if possible. After taking payment, tried to charge additional costs like wall cleaning and other basics that were included and agreed upon in the original quote provided. Window sills and tracks not done. Ensuite toilet not done. Bathroom floor not scrubbed. Frames dusty. Had to literally spend an hour pointing out basic things not cleaned when they returned and was given nothing but attitude.
  
  Owner was ridiculously rude. All he cared about was a good review.

  Absolutely terrible. Save your money and use someone else. The contract cleaners did a terrible job, with dust still on window sills (immediately after the supposed clean), left parts of the apartment still dirty, didn't wipe down the walls properly (even after we had paid an additional fee), ignored further instructions, and did not even bother to close the garage door on their way out. Their manager's response has been lip service to date without any real resolution. Would give a zero star if possible.

  Was not happy. These were the their words," As discussed for walls cleaning we charge minimum $150 in which our two people will spend around 2 hours ." They had to two poeple one on the walls and one did the carpet cleaning. Carpet clearning was another $170

  Cleaners were so polite and they did an amazing job. Realestate released the bond without any trouble. Thanks Cheap and best Cleaning.
