Our whole family now uses this practice, no complaints from us and we always get the best medical care from everyone we deal with here. Very grateful that it's only within walking distance for us as well.

Absolutely the best, didn't have an appointment, they still helped me, all very friendly staff. I've been at this medical centre a few times always been treated with utmost respect and friendliness. Great Job guy's

The service from the reception is really bad. The first time, I've been there, the receptionist was not very nice and not even share a smile. I had a very happy 2 yrs little boy who said hello but no answer back.
Yesterday, Monday, 24.10.16, I booked an appointment for today at 1.30 pm. This morning, I called to change my appoint to 3.10 pm because I want to bring my son along with me. The receptionist seemed like she was having a bad day. Anyway, she booked me in.
2 mins she called back to say that the booking she made for me is for Thursday. I started to talk to ask what happen and she rudely interrupted me and did not even try to understand what I was saying, but keep talking to tell me that my appointment for 1.30 pm is gone now, there's only one left at 10.30 and only for one at 3 pm and if I'm not quick to grab them they will be gone. Not even apologise that she booked me on Thursday instead of Tuesday and that she gave away 1.30 pm my booking! The worst is that she does not know how to speak to people and should not be doing this job.
