I called this company to get a quote to pick up a fridge from someone and deliver to my place about 20 mins away. We discussed and agreed a day/time & price then they called back the day before and said there was a "back to base fee" that was additional to the price we had agreed on. Then they were supposed to be picking up the fridge at 9am but called at 10am saying it won't be done until late that night, when I told them this wasn't good enough and i'm cancelling the job they got quite aggressive.
Never again will I look at engaging this company.response / report this review -

Got a 4.5 ton truck and 2 men to move out on 14/5/20. The 2 staff are very helpful and friendly. Our stuff got moved smoothly with a very affordable price. I definitely recommend the team for everyone out there if they are looking for transparent fees and smooth moving. The admin team followed up on progress too. Thanks CBD movers

Very good customer service from initial contact to end of job. Was cooperative when negotiating price quote, so it was win-win outcome. Very happy with the two young men who came out to do the job. Basically the company walked the talk. I recommend CBD Movers.

The guys arrived bright and early, on time, were friendly, efficient, professional and did not waste any time. I'm amazed at how much stuff they managed to pack in the truck! There was no damage done to either property or to my belongings. They completed the job in less time and for less cost than previous movers I have used. The whole move went very smoothly and I couldn't be more pleased. A stress free experience. Thanks guys.

CBD Movers, came highly recommended from a friend at work, I contacted them at short notice and they were able to provide a service. The workers were very friendly and professional they were fast in terms of loading the truck and also extremely careful to not damage any furniture. We had a lot to move however they completed the job with in a reasonable time frame with the overall cost being affordable. I am more than happy to recommend them 😊
