great seller with fast postage and good prices. They also sell items I have not seen for sale from other retailers so can often see things for sale that seem to be a great new idea. Often buy things I had not planned on getting just cause they seem like a great product and I need to give it a try.

Great products and prices at Catch. I have been buying from Catch for a long time now. Always happy with the purchase. Catch has provided me a refund promptly where the item failed to work as described, which is great.

However, recently Catch team has left me disappointed where they didn't assist me with warranty issue with my mattress. Rather, they have advised me to contact the manufacturer directly as the seller warranty had expired, but manufacturer is liable for 5 year warranty.
I haven't contacted the manufacturer yet, so I can't say how well I will go with resolving this with the manufacturer. It would be tons convenient if Catch has some procedures in place to follow up with their market place sellers directly for warranty issues as well as returns or refunds. So that the customers do not have to bounce from Catch team to seller or manufacturer.
Still, overall I will give Catch 5 stars and recommend Catch to others.

First time I have purchased from Catch and it was a wonderful hassle free experience. My item was dispatched immediately and received within days. I would have no hesitation in recommending this supplier to anyone. They have a fantastic range of products at extremely competitive prices

I contacted the help services section as l had a delivery issue. I was welcomed with a chat room.I posted my query. To my surprise, l was greeted with total respect and curiosity.The agent was extremely helpfull, respectful,resouceful and showed determination to help me. He is a credit to the company, l will shop with Catch whenever l need.The backup service is the best l have EVER received in all my experience of shopping.Ordering my product was very user friendly also.
