  Several of us ventured into the place ... a lot of electronics ... tools ... camera equipment, jewelry and more .... we thought it was over priced. Except for the $1 CD's.
  Must say it was well organized, clean and run in a professional manner. No one ask to assist us.

  Dont purchase consoles. Not tested first before sold. Bought one with previous owners account still activated and details. Thing would turn itself off a few minutes into online gaming. Returned it wanting a refund and got told it worked fine and I must be using it wrong.

  Starting positive... My experiences were I actually picked up a power tool that was woefully underpriced for the apparent condition of it, a great bargain once I'd confirmed internal condition at home for safety reasons. But the majority of items you cannot tell their history and from my own experience as well another person I knew, it's likely stolen or a hugely abused item, with a price that isn't a bargain and likely higher than new.
  
  The staff and their recommendations that I'd receive much more for trading in all my games that were in immaculate quality, to EB Games to make incredible trade-in profit was flat out wrong and absolutely untrue. I couldn't be bothered travelling back so I accepted pathetic $20 trade-in value at EB Games which I was forced to immediately put onto a title or lose, instead of the $150+ cash in hand I was offered at Cash Converters and assured by multiple employees that I'd get much more at EB. It seemed like a lie to avoid dispensing the large sum of likely policy set amount to me as a seller to them, upon reflectance. I wouldn't recommend them as I didn't have the availability or means to travel back to them in the near future at the time and was effectively shorted over a hundred dollars based on false (assured up-to-date with their own trade-ins) information. Very disappointing despite their friendly demeanour.
