I’m extremely happy with my new colour and beautiful extensions. I was unsure about switching from the tapes I’d been wearing for ages to wefts, and going to a new colourist is always high risk but I am so happy with the result. Tia is a very talented colourist and really worked hard to make sure I was happy, I can’t remember the last time I went to a salon & was so happy with the colour. They even gave me a take home pack with shampoo, conditioner (expensive Oribe brand!) and two hair brushes. After having had extensions from three or four other salons previously, I would rate Carla Lawson well above all of those experiences. If you are thinking of getting extensions I would highly recommend.

After having my baby 18 months ago, I lost quite a lot of hair. I know it will eventually come back but it really affected my self confidence. A friend of mine suggested Carla to add some thickness even though I had not considered it as I thought extensions were only really for length. I had a consultation with Carla and she instantly gave me hope that we could achieve the look I wanted.
I cannot believe how much difference some minor changes can make, my hair looks so much thicker without adding a heap of hair! Carla makes me feel comfortable and welcomed every time I see her and I will never go anywhere else for my salon needs.response / report this review -

I recently visited this salon with my girlfriend who has wanted hair extensions for YEARS! Being a guy I don't spend a whole lot of time in hair salons but It is a really nice vibe and everyone was so friendly. They did such a great job, her hair looks so natural and no one can believe it is not her real hair. Guys, if you want to make your girlfriend happy, take her to this place!

Carla and her team are truly amazing and passionate about what they do. Carla is such a kind, lovely person and her salon is both beautiful and very professional. I have been wearing Carla Lawson invisi wefts for about 4 years. They are comfortable, the hair quality is great and the colour and texture blends so well with my natural hair that you can not tell I am wearing them. Since wearing the extensions, I have noticed I don't need to heat style my hair as often which has given my natural hair the opportunity to grow and become more healthy. They have been a great investment and I can not recommend Carla Lawson highly enough.

I had recently moved to Melbourne and was struggling to find a hairdresser that I trusted to do my hair. A friend of mine suggested I tried Carla Lawson Hair Extensions in Port Melbourne and I’ll never go elsewhere! As soon as I walked into the salon I was greeted, seated and had a coffee in my hand within a few minutes! My stylist, colourist and hair extension specialist were very attentive to detail and my overall goals. I was so happy with their service, positive energy and the overall atmosphere of the salon! Absolutely adore the girls at CL and my new style. I highly recommend this salon and their team.
