  They look high profile, but does not gave me all the questions I asked, however, I paid full consultation fees. They told me to lodge file with them after which they can answer rest of my questions. Well most of the stuff they told me was already on websites, they gave me few answers about my queries. Overall disappointed.

  Didn't provide me the solution even after I've paid $400 for initial consultation. Very expensive and unsatisfactory customer service. All options have already available on immi website and there are some immigration consultants who give free advices. I personaly visited some of them but I couldn't find any significant difference in delivery. We seek legal advice for the solution of our problem but they don't solve it and they put heaps of options on us so we get confuse and couldn't take wise decision.

  I was their client and they help me getting my PR eventhough at one point I had to put MRT.
  They are bit expensive then other agents but you know what I was happy to pay more money in good hands then to some ripoff agents. I was client of Rick Gunn who works for carina and he is very professional and will keep you updated about your case.

  They are brilliant lawyers but you always have to follow up . Tried to charge me $1600 and $100 extra on different invoices.once questioned simple answer "by mistake" will do corrections. Managed to catch me for $400 extra .
  Advise:- good lawyers but double check the invoices, they do costly mistakes (only for clients )

  Very nice office. Nice and friendly service. Unfortunately the lawyer I met did not present me solutions, only issues. Might've just been my case tbh. Still, would love a 'stronger' recommendation on what to do, just gave me 'maybe's.
