We used Careful movers for a local move this week. They were extremely helpful, on time and worked hard to get the move completed. We had Chris, Chris, Eddy & Jens who were all very friendly and professional. Was a great experience.

Called and spent 5 mins on the phone, everything was yes yes yes. Sends me a quote and requests for pics of my building. Replied as requested with removal date and waited for 2 days. No response, chased it up and was told they were booked out tomorrow, I advised it was not for tomorrow and the date was already provided first on the phone and immediately after via text, then he tells me all booked out as well. Not at all helpful in a business where certainty and professionalism is important.

Great friendly staffs, gave me a call 30 minutes before they came and arrived on time. What I really enjoyed was their efficiency, everything was done within 2 hours. Tony also called to follow up after the job was done and made the whole experience complete.

The one star missing was for a few scratch marks on the side on my fridge due to it scratching along the metal of the hand trolley; could’ve been easily prevented if they could place a blanket in between; just be mindful and let them know, I am sure they’ll happily do so without a fuss.

I've used Careful Movers twice now - it was easy to arrange my move, they turned up on time, worked quickly and everything was successfully moved without any breakages. They're also great value. I recommend them and I'd definitely use them again.

We used Careful Movers for our move from Melbourne to Brisbane last week and were impressed with the service we received. I did my research before booking in a removalist as we needed to make sure it was someone who knew what they were doing for a big interstate move like this and Careful Movers lived up to all the fantastic reviews we read. We made a good choice and I would recommend Careful Movers to anyone. The manager Tony called the day before the move to confirm all the details that had been arranged and to see if we had any other questions or concerns. The removalists arrived on time the day of the move and had ample equipment to ensure all our furniture and belongings were wrapped and protected from damage. The guys were reliable, friendly and professional and took the stress out of the day. Out furniture arrived in Brisbane on schedule and the guys unpacked the truck without any issues. We even had a big glass table we were really worried wouldn’t make the journey but it arrived in one piece! Given the size of our move, we were worried about many of the complexities but Careful Movers are truly professionals who do this all the time and know what they are doing. We would definitely use Careful Movers again.

I moved with Careful Movers around this time last year and was overly impressed. The two guys who moved my apartment in Chatswood were excellent and were able to work within the tight time frame I had. Unfortunately I forget their names but they were efficient, careful and reliable. They were so good I saved their number in my phone and I will be contacting Careful Movers for a quote to relocate interstate in the next couple of months.

Careful Movers helped us with our move from Sydney Eastern Suburbs to Castle Hill (3 BR to a 4BR property). They were very professional throughout from booking the right truck size, to arriving at our property right on time and completing the move without causing any stress or last minute unexpected surprises. My friend recommended careful movers to me saying that they were the best she had come across. They did not disappoint, they made my moving look like a breeze. I will possibly never think of hiring anyone else ever again. The guys they had send over were thoughtful, kind and put your needs at the forefront. Logan and Allan helped us with our move from Camperdown to Balmain and we couldn't have been happier with their service. Parking and clear access to the properties were an issue at both old and new addresses but the guys took it all in their stride and managed the job easily and quickly - with a cheerful demeanour throughout. I am a returning customer to careful movers, I booked move from 2bed unit to another apartment, they were on time, Actually bit earlier than the given time and they were arranging parking for the truck. They moved all items with care and patience no rush. They were very efficient and completed the move in reasonable time frame so have paid only reasonable price for the quality of the work and safely moved our stuff without any damage to our stuff as well to new apartment including lifts and other common areas during move. Thanks Guys great job keep up the good work!

The removalists were punctual, friendly, hard working, helpful, clean, careful, and surpisingly cheap for their excellent work in moving our furniture from a difficult location. I was also impressed by their help in arranging for external storage and delivering to these premises our excess items and all on the same day. I could not have received a better service! Very happy.

UPDATE: Just moved again with Careful Movers. This time they didn't let me down either. No problem at all. Hands down the best Sydney removalists local or interstate for sure!

Used Careful Movers for our move when our so called back loaders didn't show up on our moving day when we were moving from Brisbane to Sydney leaving us having to find reliable movers at short notice. Plus I have elderly parents moving with me when I contacted the office I was stressed to say the least. But Careful Movers were able to arrange me a big truck at short notice and even though the guys didn't walk into the best situation the guys that did the job were just overly patient and worked through what we had to be done .
While they were more expensive than the first quote we got I was happy with their communication and that they finished off the job when others didn't and got us and our furniture safely to Sydney. But most of all my thanks go to the office and Tony and how they reacted to the urgency of my situation when I was in a panic making calls and not getting any common sense from the telephone operators I was talking to.
HIRE THESE GUYS IF YOU WANT QUALITY.

Careful Movers were just that - very careful if a little slower than we anticipated. That said, the job turned out to be bigger than we expected (but to be fair we were given an accurate estimate of the time) and the guys handled unexpected challenges well which included squeezing large items into small places! If you want reliable and careful movers then I recommend them.

Really happy with the punctuality, service and price with Careful Movers. Booked the movers 4 days before the move and it was very smooth. Careful Movers also came as a recommendation from 2 close friends (one friend had used them twice before). Couldn't believe the prices being charged by other moving companies.
