Went here for a roadworthy, they would not pass it because the fan speed on the air conditioning did not work on high speed (worked on every other speed perfectly). At the time I thought they were being unfair but thought they would no best. Took the car somewhere else to get fixed as they could not fix the issue themselves. Was then told by the man who was to fix the fan issue that I was being treated unfairly. After calling VicRoads and 2 other mechanics in the area to get 2nd & 3rd opinions was told that they were being unfair. After calling them and explaining to them what I had been told by VicRoads and other professionals they still would not pass the roadworthy and tried to charge me to fix the issue. Fair to say I took it down the road where they passed it no worries. Unfortunately I had already paid them over $400 for the road worthy and two new tyres (was quoted $60 a tyre else where and they charged me almost double that). Could not rate these guys any worse given the service I was provided.
