mmmmm , avoid re Camera Repairs . Took my 7D in for repair as stopped working . Canon diagnosed that it apparently needed a complete main board change and quoted nealry $1000 total parts and labour . Took camera elsewhere and it was actually a completely different issue . The main board is completely OK . It was a Power board failure . Five Sar Camera Repairs fitted new Power Board , cleaned and serviced my camera and installed new FIRMWARE for $350. A bit different to $1000 for the wrong repair . Also had to chase up numerous times to get an update from Canon and then to get my Camera back . Not recommended.

Wow! This was probably the best customer service I have ever had in Australia, no joke.

Dino and the service repair team did a tremendous job! Clear communication, extremely quick turn around. I had my product back in less than a week of shipping it.

Purchased a Camera, USB input does not work now. $500 to replace it and 2 months to fix it.

Horrible repairs department.

I bought a Canon Image Runner printer for our real estate agency. Canon have delivered on everything they promised and more! The printer is fantastic, the quality of the prints is exceptional. All our presentations look very professional, and our window displays cards have never looked better. The machine is so easy to use and Canon have been so helpful in assisting our staff to get the best out of it. The salesperson, Alex, gave us everything we needed to make the right decision and he has been back to check on us to make sure we are happy. This has been a good business decision for us.
